Inephos is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
Shipping Coverage
We can ship our products all over India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Typically, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of order placement.
Shipping Address
Orders can only be shipped to a single address provided during payment. For multiple shipping addresses, kindly place separate orders.
Delivery Charges
Inephos offers free shipping within India for all prepaid orders. No minimum order amount is required to claim this.
Delivery Time
We strive to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. Products are typically delivered within 5 to 7 days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or under exceptional circumstances. We are committed to dispatching and delivering your order as early as possible.
Order Tracking
To track the status of your order, you can visit the website and log in to the ‘My Account’ section. You can check your order through your Order ID. Online tracking generally activates within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Once you place an order, you can track its status through the following stages:
- Payment Pending: The payment for your order is yet to be completed.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- On Hold: There may be an issue with your order that requires attention.
- Completed: Your order has been successfully processed and will be dispatched soon.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled.
- Refunded: Your order has been refunded.
In-Person Pick-Up
We have set up in-person pick-ups to provide you with more flexibility. You can choose to pick up your order directly from our designated pick-up locations. This option allows you to save on delivery time and receive your products at your convenience.
Combined Orders
In case multiple orders of goods and services are placed in a single transaction, Inephos will make all possible attempts to deliver them in a single package. However, this might not always be possible due to the varying characteristics of the products.
